I'm Vincent Tyler — a 66-year-old trainer, retired detective, and lifelong student of strength, mobility, and health.
I didn't come to fitness from a gym. I came to it from life — from decades of physical demands, injuries, setbacks, and the hard work of rebuilding. I know what it feels like to wake up stiff, to push through pain, and to wonder if your best days are already behind you. They're not. I'm living proof of that.
With a Bachelor of Science in Biology, certifications from the American Council on Exercise, The Biomechanics Method for Corrective Exercise, and Functional Training — plus over 40 years of real-world experience — I bring both the science and the street-level knowledge that most trainers simply don't have. I understand how the aging body works, where it breaks down, and exactly how to build it back up safely and sustainably.
Over the course of my career I've helped hundreds of clients get stronger, move without pain, lose weight, and feel genuinely alive again. Not through extreme programs or punishing workouts — but through smart, progressive training that respects your body, your history, and your goals.
